Why spend money on expensive products (which can cause skin irritation because of the chemicals) when you can buy natural almond oil and use it in multiple ways.

When I first started to use almond oil in my beauty routine I was so overwhelmed by its health benefits. It is worth mentioning that almond oil contains a lot of vitamin E which is good for our skin. It cleanses your skin and it gives it that gorgeous glowy look. And the biggest plus is that you can use it for hair too.


Here are 5 examples where you can use this fantastic product:

Hair mask
You can use almond oil as a hair mask. Just rub oil on your scalp then comb your hair and wrap it in aluminium foil or a towel. Leave it for about 2-4 hours and then wash it with shampoo.

Your hair will be softer, shinier and dandruff free. And if you want to stop your hair from splitting than almond oil is just for you.

Skin moisturizer
Almond oil is perfect skin moisturiser. It is so mild that it is used for baby's skin too. For our skin honey is excellent. Even ancient Greek's used flower nectar as complete healing and beautifying product.



1. Moisturizing mask:



Just spread one teaspoon of honey on a clean and dry skin and leave it there for 15-20 minutes. Then clean your face with warm water.



2. Pore cleanser:



Mix one tablespoon of honey with two tablespoons of coconut oil until the mixture is spreadable. Apply to a clean and dry skin and massage it gently in a circular motion but avoid eye area. Wash your face with warm water.



3. Hair conditioner:



Mix one tablespoon of honey and two tablespoons of coconut oil. Apply the mixture to damp hair starting at the ends and then working up. Let it sits for 20 minutes and then rinse it well.



4. Shampoo boosting:



Mix one teaspoon of honey with your favourite shampoo. Then continue it washing as normal just be careful to rinse it well.



5. Treatment for sunburns:



Mix honey and aloe vera gel together and apply it on the sunburned skin. Honey will restore hydration to the deepest levels of the sunburnt area. Together with aloe vera will be calming your burned skin.

1. Body rub


If you want to pamper yourself and let's be honest we all want to be pampered, just use aloe vera. When you're taking a shower just take leaves and cut them lengthwise so you get slices. Then just use the inner sides as a natural body scrub.

2. Soothes sunburns


Aloe vera leaves contain cooling properties. Just cut the leaves of aloe vera lengthwise and with a teaspoon take out the gel from the leaves. Then apply that on sunburnt affected areas and leave it a few minutes until it is absorbed into the skin. Then just clean the skin with cold water. Do it once a day.



3. Brighten skin


If you have dark spots or pigmentation on your skin than aloe vera can decrease that. It will not work right away but after several times, it will show.






4. Silky and smooth hair


If you want your hair to be silkier and smoother than use aloe vera. Just use the gel of aloe vera or you can buy 100% bottled aloe vera. Apply the gel on your hair massaging it around the roots and then towards the tips. Leave it for two or more hours and then wash it off. The continue with hair washes using shampoo and conditioner.






5. Remove eye makeup


Aloe vera is a perfect alternative for removing eye makeup. Especially if you have sensitive eyes and the other product are too aggressive for you.

- For better results you can repeat the process once or twice per week and your hair will stay healthy.
