Exotic Smoothie Recipe
February 03, 2016Today it is time for something exotic and what is better than smoothie with tropical fruits rich in vitamin C?
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1/4 pineapple
- 1 orange
- 5 dry dates
- 1/2 cup of oatmeals
- 1 cup of water
Serves: 3
1.
Remove pits from dates.
2.
Boil water and pour it over the oatmeals.
3.
Squeeze the juice from the orange.
4.
Mix all ingredients together in a blender
5.
At the end, you can add one teaspoon of crushed walnuts.
