If you do not exercise in the morning these exercises are very good to start your new routine. Then when you are used to your routine you can pick harder exercises or exercises that burn calories. You can go running or walking in beautiful nature but make sure that you prepared breakfast before running so when you come back delicious meal will wait for you to eat.
