Healthy Chocolate Mousse

Chocolate taste soooo good but it doesn't have many benefits if any at all. But today we are going to do a healthy and delicious chocolate mousse.

Do you have any clues what are ingredients of our healthy chocolate mousse? I named it chocolate but, in fact, we will not use any chocolate or sugar. That is why this is way healthier solution if you really need something sweet after Sunday's lunch. And the plus side it is really easy to make.

Here are the ingredients:
- 3 spoons of cocoa powder
- 5 dry dates
- 1 whole banana
- 1 teaspoon of coconut butter
- crushed almonds


These ingredients are for only one portion.

Melt cocoa powder and coconut butter on low heat until you get smooth chocolate liquid.

Remove pits from dry dates.


3.
In a blender mix banana, dates and chocolate liquid until you get smooth mousse.




4.
Put it in a fridge for 3-5 hours.


5.
For topping use crushed almonds.




This is all, it took me about 5 minutes to make it. The 4th step is not necessary, you can always drink it as a smoothie but if you put it in a freezer or in a fridge it won't be liquid. Enjoy :)
