Super Easy And Healthy Smoothie Recipe

This is the easiest smoothie that I have ever made. When you don't have much time to prepare yourself a breakfast this smoothie is the best solution.







Ingredients:
- 1 whole banana
- 1 whole grapefruit
- 3 teaspoons of honey
- water (optional)

These ingredients are for one portion.


Tip: Black dots on the banana (as these on the picture above) indicates that banana is ripe and sweeter than banana with clear skin.


All you have to do is squeeze the juice out of grapefruit and then mix all ingredients together. So easy and so tasty.

Don't worry this smoothie will not be bitter because of banana and honey. Or use Orlo Blanco type of grapefruit which is the sweetest type of grapefruits.
