Positive Affirmations

Our brain is still a mystery but for sure we know that positive affirmations work. With only a few words you can trick your brain and they will strat to believe it and then you will too.

After just saying "I feel great" a few times you will actually feel great.

Buddha said that what you think, you become. And it's true. So don't think of negative imaginary scenarios and ditch all the negative thoughts.
